Published in 1713, Universus Terrarum Orbis Scriptorum Calamo Delineatus contained geographical information on various locations around the world arranged in alphabetical order like a dictionary. This map of the western hemisphere by Giovanni Antonia Magini on page 43 is clearly derived from Ortelius’ map of America.
